We will endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day it is received (excluding weekends) but some items can take a bit longer, usually up to 7 days. In the event of a delay we'll keep you informed of progress via email or phone.

Until we can source a courier that works for free we will continue to be honest and upfront about delivery charges.
